Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy:

As per our terms and conditions, we cannot accept the return of any medicine if once ordered and was shipped correctly by the company against a customer’s online purchase.

In case you want to return any medicine or wish to exchange because your doctor has modified your prescription due to any reason, then make sure that we will not be able to process any such requests.

Although our company takes proper care of the customers, we can cancel the order but cannot provide you any sort of refund for medicines. So, it is suggested to consult your doctor before buying any medicine.

If you received the damaged package and want it to get returned, then feel free to contact our customer care department.

Refund Policy:

If in case your order was not delivered in time, you received the damaged product or you have received a partial order then we will look into the case seriously and will refund the money. 

Also, if the delivered medicines were found damaged or faulty or not of good quality, then we will either ship you a replacement package or will refund you the money.
